An important security enhancement is coming soon to MaveRx. As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting data and improving security, we will be introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for user access. This update will also include a change to MaveRx login URL.
MaveRx uses OneLeap, a secure identity and access management platform, to manage user logins and authentications. As a result, certain system–generated emails related to password resets and MFA setup will be sent from OneLeap.
Overview of Changes
- MFA will be required for all MaveRx Users.
- The MaveRx Login URL will change.
- MFA setup will differ for existing users and new users.
What to expect
Existing Users
- Existing users will receive an email from the OneLeap System containing a password reset link.
- Users should check their spam or junk email folders if the message is not found in their inbox.
- The password reset link will redirect users to the new MaveRx login URL, where MFA setup will begin.
- Users will be prompted to configure MFA using one of the following methods:
- Authenticator App (recommended)
- Text message (SMS) or phone call
- If you choose text message or phone call verification, you must use a mobile phone number that is used exclusively by you and not shared with any other individual.
- Existing users will not need to re-register in MaveRx. Their current account, data, roles, and permissions will remain unchanged.
New Users
- New users may access the new MaveRx login URL directly.
- The MFA setup will be completed during the initial setup process.
- If selecting text message or phone call verification, the mobile number provided must be used exclusively by you and not shared with anyone else.
- New users can register by contacting the PMP team at pmp.psp@gnb.ca or 506 444-4932 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
Additional Information
- The Multi-Factor Authentication feature and new login URL is planned to roll out on March 25, 2026.
- Users should ensure they have access to their email and mobile devices during the rollout period.
- Existing users should ensure their phone number is updated in MaveRx.
