We are reaching out to invite you to take part in a research study exploring the experiences of internationally educated nurses working within Horizon Health Network. We are particularly interested in hearing from nurses who feel professionally satisfied and successful in their roles and who are willing to share what has helped them succeed in their nursing careers in New Brunswick.
The goal of this study is to learn from your experiences including what has supported your professional success and well-being, what has helped you settle into practice, and what you believe makes a positive difference for internationally educated nurses in New Brunswick.
Insights from this study will be used to help inform strategies and supports aimed at strengthening the integration, retention, and well-being of internationally educated nurses within Horizon Health Network and beyond.
Participation begins with a brief online screening survey (approximately 5–10 minutes). The survey will be used to determine eligibility to participate in interviews and to collect demographic information to inform the selection of participants. Completing the screening survey does not guarantee selection for an interview as we are going to purposefully select participants to ensure a range of perspectives and experiences are represented.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Choosing whether or not to participate will have no impact on your employment, professional standing, or workplace relationships within Horizon Health Network.
