On September 18, 2026, a panel of the CNNB Discipline Committee granted permission to withdraw the allegations against Sandy Labama Sokoto (Registration Number 031634) on the basis that Mr. Sokoto is no longer eligible for initial registration with CNNB and is not entitled to practise nursing in New Brunswick.
