Consent Agreement
In a decision dated October 24, 2025, a panel of the NANB Complaints Committee accepted a Consent Agreement between NANB and Tiffany Little (Registration Number 027378). Ms. Little admitted to receiving intravenous medications in the Emergency Department (“ED”) while on duty, for a duration of approximately 40 minutes, after attending a retirement party and consuming two glasses of wine the previous evening, and to returning to work after receiving the intravenous medications. Ms. Little further admitted to receiving the intravenous medications without signing a registration form, without being triaged, without seeing a physician, and without receiving prescriber’s orders.
Ms. Little has voluntarily agreed to the following conditions on her registration:
- Successfully complete remedial education related to professionalism and ethics;
- Appear before the Complaints Committee to receive an oral caution;
- Submit performance evaluations from her employer(s) from the date of the Consent Agreement; and
- Provide each employer and regulatory body with which she is registered with a copy of the Consent Agreement and corresponding Complaints Committee Decision and notify NANB of any change in address or employer.
